Zen meditation involves sitting in silence with oneself. With regular practice we grow in understanding and compassion for ourselves and others. We develop a more harmonious way of being in the world. Zen is not a religion but can help people of all faiths and of none to live more fully. Zen meditation is also excellent for physical and mental health. Correct posture and breathing energize body and mind. Try it for yourself!
